The lovely and well designed Soviet Union 1990 Animal Protection III issue of three stamps and one label was printed in sheets of 36, 27 stamps and 9 labels, containing all 3 values.
This was the last of the three Animal Protection issues that were issued between 1988 and 1990 with a sucrcharge on each stamps, with similar designs.
